Year 13 Trip to Tower of London

Year 13 history students had the opportunity to visit the Tower of London, a site connected to key events that they study in their Lancastrians and Yorkists unit. With an expert guide they were able to visit the sites where Henry VI (allegedly) died, the Princes in the Tower were kept, and gain a further insight into how the Tower’s role has changed over its long history. We were really impressed with students' focus throughout the day and how long they spent in the White Tower museum after their tour had ended.
