Jack Petchey Speak Out Challenge
On Thursday 26th September, all of Year 10 took part in the Jack Petchey Speak Out Challenge.
The day consisted of workshops led by experts that helped to support pupils in developing their communication skills and public speaking. Pupils learnt about a range of different tools and techniques to help develop these skills with a range of opportunities throughout the day to practise speaking and listening.
The day culminated with pupils performing their own speech in front of the whole class and receiving a certificate of participation. It was a fantastic day and a memorable experience for all students!
