Future Frontiers programme

This term, 25 Year 9 students have been involved with an exciting programme called Future Frontiers. This scheme aims to improve their understanding of their future career options and to support them in reaching their aspirations. The students have been given four mentoring sessions provided by coaches at a partner company. They will also be attending a career networking event at City University. As part of the Future Frontiers scheme, we get to go to the headquarters of a company called Endemol Shine, which is a television company. We have been partnered up with a mentor who has an important job within the company. They then guided us through a website, which has given us job suggestions that match our personalities. I think this has been very helpful and given me a real insight into what I want to do when I’m older.
