Year 9 RP Trip to the V&A
Year 9 students went to the Victoria & Albert (V&A) Museum in July to explore different forms of religious art and philosophical perspectives on art as part of their RP unit: Religion, Philosophy & Creativity.
Students were hard at work all day as they explored the museum's vast collection of Buddhist, Hindu, Christian and Islamic art including the much anticipated artefact: the Ardabil carpet.
Students completed a range of activities from answering questions to drawing their own mudras (Buddhist statues).
Students were very respectful throughout the day and were exhausted after the thousands of steps we did!
