We were contacted by the Cayman Islands Department for Education regarding their fact finding mission to England. The group made up of government officials and educators had a selection of outstanding schools to visit. Chiswick School was the last school of the tour and it was a pleasure speaking with this group about how the school works. They toured classrooms and spoke to staff and students. In particular they were interested in our curriculum and how we plan what we are going to teach, how this is delivered and the assessment of learning that then follows. It was lovely being presented with some artwork and to be told that they had 'saved the best till last'. The students made us proud and we await a return invitation!
