Music Recital Evening
GCSE and A Level students got the chance to showcase their solo and ensemble performances in a Cabaret style evening with friends and family on Wednesday 20th March 2019. Students from years 10, 11 and 12 reminded us all of how very talented they are, performing pieces of particularly high standard and providing original arrangements of well- known classics such as 'The Sound of Silence' and 'Fly Me to the Moon'. A range of instruments were represented including, guitar, piano, voice, drum kit and tuba solos as well as a mix of pop, rock and jazz groups. A wonderful evening was had by all - parents and staff alike feeling happy and proud.
