Year 7 Boxing
The PE department were delighted that this half term saw the return of clubs. One new club was boxing with Year 7. This club is led by our long-standing and experienced boxing coach Lloyd Heavens, who runs Lloyd Heavens Boxing Academy outside of school.
In the first session, the pupils were looking at different types of combinations and footwork. The pupils have really enjoyed learning this new sport, which is something they may never have had the chance to do outside of school. We look forward to sharing their successes.
