With the curtain-up fast approaching, we have been busy-Shakespeare-bees rehearsing every night! On Thursday 17th October, we went to the theatre - that we will be performing in - for the first time. The students, although nervous at first, really "upped their game" and took to the stage, like seasoned professionals, working with the SSF directors and the other school.

It was their first chance to stand on the stage and look up at the empty seats that will soon be full of expectant faces, and hopefully loud applause. The stage was smaller than they thought, which for them was a good thing, but all the seats made it suddenly very real for them. Since then they have redoubled their efforts in rehearsals; it has the makings of a great show!
