It was wonderful to see so many of our KS3 students actively participate in the Courtesy Campaign's Kindness Challenge. Students from Years 7 to 9 were challenged to complete 12 different acts of kindness throughout the week. They were incredibly busy, helping out during breaks and lunchtimes, and demonstrating the power of kindness within our school community.
Teachers were also on the lookout for the "Most Polite Form" that week, and the award goes to 7BL. They topped the charts and will be receiving a pizza party as a well- deserved reward. Well done, 7BL!
We rounded off the week with a “Random Act of Kindness” day on the final day and every student in the school was given a ‘thank-you” card to write. We hope some of them made it home to you.
It was a fun week and gave the students another focus recognising the importance of doing things for others and the value of kindness.
