Chiswick School has been a defining part of my journey, both as a student and as a teacher. My time here as a student was filled with opportunities, encouragement, and the kind of experiences that left a lasting impression. I loved my time at Chiswick so much that it felt only natural to return as a teacher, eager to give back to the community that shaped me. It is a privilege to now inspire the next generation, just as my own teachers inspired me.

From my first steps as an early career teacher, Chiswick School has been incredibly supportive of my development. I’ve had the opportunity to take on roles such as EPQ lead and contribute to innovative projects like developing knowledge organisers. The school also encouraged and supported me in completing a lead practitioner designate course, which paved the way for me to become a lead practitioner for Teaching and Learning. 

Working with the students at Chiswick is a daily source of inspiration. Their resilience, ambition, and hard work are truly remarkable, and being part of their educational journey is immensely rewarding. The sense of community in the school creates a unique environment where students and staff alike thrive together, united by a shared commitment to learning and personal growth.

What makes Chiswick School truly special is the warmth and support of the colleagues I work with. It’s a place where people genuinely care for one another and are always willing to lend a hand. The shared passion for learning and teaching creates an atmosphere of positivity and determination, making every day here fulfilling and enriching. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a vibrant and inspiring community.
